Sun Society, part of iamHOSPITALITY, with offices in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
We collect the data you share with us through WhatsApp, our forms or email: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the villa where you are staying, your travel dates, number of guests, and any dietary preferences, allergies or special occasions. For property owners, we also collect the property name, area and number of properties.
We use your data to plan and confirm your services, prepare menus that account for allergies and preferences, coordinate with your villa or property manager, send payment links and itineraries, and respond to partnership requests. With your consent, we may also share news and offers. You can opt out at any time.
We only share your data with the people needed to deliver your services, such as our chefs, staff and, when applicable, your villa or property manager. We do not sell your personal data. Any other transfer will require your consent, except where the law allows it.
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, and to oppose its use. You can also withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to hello@sunsociety.mx with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of an official ID. We will reply within the time set by law.
